Spray foam insulation can be found in it’s own spot. Spray foam insulation is ideal choice for certain jobs for attic insulation or working around the holes of walls such as windows or doors. Spray foam expands in order to fill these spaces with precision, stopping the transfer of air. What’s more, spray foam will last for years. The removal process is easy too because spray foam is able to stick to itself stronger than the substrates it’s spraying on.

However, there are disadvantages. The foam can expand too much. Foam is prone to expand too quickly in small spaces. This can cause enough pressure that it can force objects from their initial positions. While it is possible to use the foam to fix major problems some people do make an attempt. Small holes are easy to patch with spray foam, but large holes will need some sort of wire for structural support or will be degraded.
